900,000-sf North Texas spec industrial coming

​​​​​LANCASTER – Copeland Commercial LLC and ANICO Eagle LLC are developing more than 900,000 sf of industrial spec space near I-20.

I-20 Commerce Center will be at 3535 N. Houston School Rd.

JLL arranged $33.5 million in financing and $10 million in equity investment for the project​. The firm also handled the land acquisition and will oversee leasing. American National Insurance Co. provided the loan.

Powers Brown Architecture designed the building. Arch-Con Corp. is the general contractor.
