​ROCKPORT – The Swearingen Report for residential homes has been released for the 12 months ending July 2016 by Coldwell Banker The Ron Brown Company.

The average sales price for residential homes was $285,639 for the 12 months ending July 2016, up 9.7 percent versus the same period last year when it was $260,335.

The median price of residential homes for the 12 months ending July 2016 was $223,000, versus the same period last year when it was $208,203, an increase of 7.1 percent.

Total sales of residential homes for Rockport MLS for the 12 months ending July 2016 was 427, down 8.4 percent (39 homes) versus the same period last year when it was 466.

The average days on market for residential homes for the 12 months ending July 2016 was 161, 0.6 percent longer than the same period last year.​
