DALLAS – The pending sale of the 19-story 17Seventeen McKinney office tower could set an all-time high sales price.
The Gaedeke Group has contracted to purchase the 369,000-sf office building, located on the north side of Woodall Rodgers Fwy., from Granite Properties.
The 98 percent-leased, six-year-old high-rise is expected to fetch $510 per sf. The deal would be even higher than the recent purchase of the 2000 McKinney tower, which sold for around $502 per sf.
