FRISCO – Construction is slated to begin on the 17th and tallest building at Hall Park at 3201 Dallas Parkway.
The new Class AA building will be 12 stories and will contain 300,000 sf of space.
The building will include art and sculptures from the Hall Collection, and all floors will feature 10-foot ceilings.
Hall Group opened the first building at Hall Park in 1998. Today, the park is 96 percent leased with 16 buildings.
In May, Hall Park began a park-wide enhancement that will include new signage, modern amenities, such as a fitness center, wine lounge, conferencing center and a retail and restaurant plaza.
