HOUSTON – Aspen Heights is building a 717-bed, 271,000-sf apartment complex complete with a parking garage, pool, game room and fitness center near the University of Houston.
The project—close to campus and near Houston’s metro line—has targeted the completion date for August 2017.
Aspen Heights, an Austin-based off-campus student housing developer, said it’s targeting UH’s "rapidly growing undergrad population," which has increased by about 4,000 students since 2010.
Aspen Heights has developed apartments and student housing projects for major universities such as Auburn University, Louisiana State University, University of Missouri and Texas A&M University.
