DALLAS – Locally based Hillwood Communities has purchased six tracts totaling 345 acres in Collin and Denton Counties.
The firm bought 285 acres in two deals in Little Elm, expanding the Union Park master-planned development by 817 homes.
It also bought 60 acres in four deals in Melissa, which will expand the Liberty community by 200 homes.
Davidson Bogel Real Estate represented Hillwood in the acquisitions.
