DALLAS – McCann Realty Partners and the Carlyle Group have acquired the 165-unit Marquis on Cedar Springs apartment community.
The four-story, mid-rise property at 3604 Cedar Spring Rd. was built in 2001 and has a below-grade, two-level parking garage.
The community will be rebranded as Radius Turtle Creek. Pegasus Residential will manage the property.
