KYLE – Walton Development and Management is preparing to start work on Pecan Woods, a 763-acre mixed-use community in Hays County.
The city council approved a development agreement to create a public improvement district.
Pecan Woods is expected to have single and multifamily residential units as well as commercial and office space.
Canada-based Walton has been planning the project for a few years.
