Worldwide Trucks scoops up 53,000-SF property

JLL announced the sale, which consists of seven buildings totaling 53,400 sf at 11600 East Hardy Rd. 

The property includes 11,400 sf of office space and several crane-served buildings. 

Alfa Laval, an engineering firm, recently relocated its Houston operations to a new building in Pinto Business Park. The Hardy Rd. property is one of three locations that were consolidated to the new park at Beltway 8 and I-45.
