AUSTIN – Single-family homes sales in Central Texas dropped 4.9 percent last month to 2,900 sales, according to the July 2016 Central Texas Housing Market Report released by the Austin Board of Realtors.
Median prices across the five-county area rose 5.6 percent year-over-year to $285,000.
Housing inventory dropped to near-critical levels of 2.8 months.
