IRVING – KDC and Rubicon Representation are developing a 155,000-sf, Class A medical office project in the Las Colinas district.
The project will be developed in two phases at Gateway Dr. and SH 161.
Phase I will break ground this fall and will consist of 95,000 sf anchored by Healthcare Associates.
Phase II will consist of 60,000 sf and will house an ambulatory surgery center and medical office.
