HOUSTON – Village Builders is under construction on Upland Preserve, a gated community located at 1415 Oak Stream Dr., northwest of I-10 and Beltway 8 near Bear Creek Pioneers Park.
The homebuilder is offering 53 detached, single-family townhomes, ranging in size from 1,937 sf to 2,900 sf.
The three-story homes feature first and third-floor bedrooms; a second-floor gourmet island kitchen, breakfast room, and a rooftop terrace.
The community’s model home is expected to open in the fall.
The community will likely appeal to homebuyers seeking a luxury home nearly CityCentre as well as energy and medical jobs along the Energy Corridor, said Lenore Kimmel, director of sales for Village Builders.
