Work starts on Circle T Ranch project

​​​WESTLAKE – Fort Worth-based Hillwood and Dallas-based The Howard Hughes Corp. have launched​ its 130-acre, mixed-use development in the Circle T Ranch.

The development at SH 114 and SH 170 will include 1.2 million sf of Class A mid-rise office space along with retail and entertainment space. There will also be a 200-room hotel, residential options, as well as land for parks, open spaces, and creeks.

Charles Schwab’s $100 million, 500,000-sf regional hub will anchor the development. The facility will employ 1,200 employees when it’s completed in 2019.
