GARLAND – Fontana, Calif.-based VPET USA Inc. has purchased the newly constructed 167,500-sf building at 3839 Distribution Dr.
The company will produce high-quality, food-grade plastic bottles at the facility. The operation will create 50 jobs and totals $16 million in investment.
The building was developed by Huntington Industrial Partners, which has two additional 135,000-sf industrial facilities under construction nearby.
