HAR: Houston, Conroe, Cypress, Katy, Richmond, Spring homes sales July 2016

​​​HOUSTON – Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) reports median single-family home price down 1.3 percent in July 2016 over June 2016. Sales fell to 6,970.

Below is a sample of the report released August 10, 2016.

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $232,000, down 1.3 percent versus June 2016.
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 9.8 percent from June 2016 for a July 2016 total of 6,970 sold units.
• Condos decreased in price to $169,000, down 5.6 percent versus June 2016.
• Existing condo sales decreased 7.2 percent in July 2016 over June 2016 for a total of 696 sold units.
