​​PASADENA – Tulsa, Okla.-based Magellan Midstream Partners has purchased 188 acres near the intersection of SH 225 and Beltway 8.

The company will build a $335 million marine terminal to handle refined ​​petroleum productions, including various grades of gasoline and diesel fuel, as well as renewable fuel. The site has the capacity for five docks and 10 million barrels of storage.

CBRE represented Magellan, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the land seller.​
