HOUSTON – Local rents fell 14 percent from last month, according to a new report from Abodo.
Rents dropped from $1,521 per month in July to $1,306 per month in August. This decline was the largest nationally.
Abodo attributed the rent decline to the oil slump, which has slowed economic growth in the Bayou City.
