SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio metro absorbed over 150,000 sf during second quarter 2016, according to Xceligent.
Due to continued positive absorption and the delivery of new inventory, the office market vacancy rate has remained steady at 18.0 percent at the close of 2Q 2016.
The North Central submarket recorded the most positive absorption for Class A space in 2Q 2016 with over 50,000 sf absorbed.
