Olympus Property makes 773-unit DFW purchase

​​​​FORT WORTH – Olympus Property has officially launched its sixth fund, WW Olympus Property VI LLC, with the acquisition of two apartment communities.

The 392-unit The Davis delivered in June 2015. The 595,701-sf complex sits on 23 acres at 4328 Centreport Dr. in Fort Worth and consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans in 13 buildings. 

Rebranded as Olympus Woodbridge, the 381-unit Mansions at Woodbridge delivered in late 2014 at 7700 Cody Ln. in Sachse. The 365,000-sf community sits on more than 18 acres. It includes one- to four-bedroom floorplans in 21 buildings.
