​DALLAS – Dalfen America Corp.—an affiliate of Canada-based Dalfen Group—has sold the Dominion Plaza.

Consisting of a 14-story tower and a three-story office building, the complex has a total net rentable footprint of 318,695​​ sf. It also includes a four-level parking garage and surface parking.

Dominion​ Plaza was 83.5 percent occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include Tent Healthcare, Old American County Mutual, Regus, and Round PointMortgage.
