AUSTIN – Travis County commissioners have approved the boundaries for a public improvement district for Wildhorse Ranch.
The development will bring residential and commercial space to 1,450 acres near Walter E. Long Metropolitan Park.
Wildhorse developer Pete Dwyer estimated that the ranch could have 1.5 million sf of commercial space.
