The 354,182-sf office building, called International Plaza III, at 14241 Dallas North Tollway sits in the desirable Galleria submarket of Dallas, in close proximity to a number of luxury apartment communities, restaurants and entertainment concepts.
The new ownership group has hired Dallas-based Cawley Partners, who were the original developers of the building in the early 2000s to lease the property.
"The International Plaza III acquisition offers a great opportunity to participate in a strengthening submarket which is central to all of Dallas," Long Wharf Managing Director Philip Murphy said. | Dallas Business Journal
