EL PASO – Ground has been broken on the $15 million North Loop Apartments.
Most of the 216 apartments will be two bedrooms, with washer and dryers, free cable and Internet service, for a monthly rent of about $900.
The property sits on 8.4 acres of vacant, infill land on North Loop Dr., near Loop 375 next to the Feather Lake wildlife sanctuary and near Del Valle High School.
The apartments are expected to be completed by August 2017.
