Work starts on 1.5 million-sf Valley Ranch Town Center
HOUSTON – The Signorelli Company has started construction on Valley Ranch Town Center at the newly created intersection of Grand Pkwy. and I-69.
Situated within the 1,400-acre master-planned Valley Ranch community, the 240-acre project will have one million sf of retail space and 500,000 sf of mixed-use development.
Valley Ranch Town Center will include an entertainment district with a state-of-the-art Cinemark Theatre, multifamily residences, and attractions such as the Texan Drive Stadium, New Caney ISD Aquatic Center, and a 10,000-seat amphitheater. Bordering the project is the 135-acre Town Grove Park, providing greenspace and lakes.
Phase I, which includes 505,000 sf of retail space, is ahead of schedule and is projected to open in the next few months. This phase will be anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, Sam’s Club, Academy Sports & Outdoors, and Hobby Lobby.
Subsequent phases will be delivered in 2017.
