PASADENA – Packwell, a Houston-based plastic resin packager, has signed a 286,000-sf industrial lease at Bayport Distribution Center.
The rail-served bulk warehouse, located near West Fairmont Pkwy. and Underwood Rd., is owned by Industrial Property Trust of Denver. The facility will primarily be used for packaging and storing plastic resins.
CBRE represented Packwell in lease negotiations. The landlord was represented by Cushman and Wakefield.
