The 43-story, 520,000-sf building received a new modern lobby with Italian stonework, a new entryway, elevator cabs and a main elevator lobby. The lobby area has a new hanging light display, and the building has updated outdoor signage.
The lobby features a custom glass wall display designed by Paul Housberg, a renowned American glass artist. The building's tunnels were also upgraded with new flooring, lighting and wall finishes. The elevators in the tunnel parking garage near Clay St. were also upgraded.
The building has 32 percent of its space, or 170,000 sf, available for direct lease, according to Colvill, the landlord brokerage. | Houston Business Journal
