PASADENA - Packwell, which mostly packages plastic resin, grabbed a 286,000-sf industrial lease at the Bayport Distribution Center, near West Fairmont Parkway and Underwood Rd. in Pasadena, according to data from Commercial Gateway.

Packwell plans to use the site for plastic resin storage, according to Realty News Report. 

“This new property is part of our company’s expansion plans within the Houston market,” Al Duran, president of Packwell, told Realty News.

Denver-based Industrial Property Trust owns the rail-served property.
