Sell and re-lease Helios Plaza office building

​HOUSTON – Just days after announcing it will sublease an entire office tower in its Energy Corridor campus, BP is now putting one of its other buildings up for sale.

The six-story building, Helios Plaza, opened in 2010 and houses the company’s trading operations for gas, power, gas liquids and energy derivatives.

BP will lease back the building after it sells, the company said in an email. "There are no expected changes to building services or amenities as a result of this change," Jason Ryan, a spokesman for BP, said.

Helios Plaza in the company’s Westlake office complex south of I-10 and west of Eldridge Parkway.
