​​AUSTIN – Stonebridge Plaza I & II, a pair of adjacent office buildings located on MoPac Blvd. in north Austin have been acquired.​​ 

Stonebridge Plaza I and II are nine-story buildings that total 386,101 sf between the Gateway Center and the J.J. Pickle Research Campus in the northwest submarket of Austin. 

Located at 9606 and 9600 N. MoPac Expy., respectively, Stonebridge Plaza I & II are 96 percent leased with QUALCOMM, Google and Oracle anchoring the portfolio. 

The buildings are each LEED certified and include an adjoining seven-story parking garage. ​
