SAN ANTONIO - Trivest McNeil Real Estate has sold a pair of multifamily communities in two separate transactions.

Trivest sold the 252-unit Mirada community at 13515 West Ave. in San Antonio to Regional Investment & Management.

Completed in 1995, the community features one- to three-bedroom apartments with on-site amenities that include a pool and fitness center.

Later in the month, Austin-based CFH Investment Partners secured its 12th investment in Texas in recent years with the acquisition of the 305-unit The Heritage located at 7828 Pat Booker Rd. in the San Antonio suburb of Live Oak, Tex.

This community delivered in 2005 and features one- to three-bedroom floor plans with on-site amenities that include a basketball court, grilling areas and a business center.

The two garden-style communities were each 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
