High design in Uptown with McKinney & Olive
DALLAS – Uptown’s newest tower—the eye popping McKinney & Olive high-rise—is about to open its doors.
The $225 million, 20-story office and retail project on McKinney Ave. welcomes its first tenants later in August 2016.
After almost two years of construction, McKinney & Olive is almost 90 percent leased with major tenants.
Office rents in the project top $50 per sf—one of the highest rates in Dallas for first-class business space.
A one-acre park stretches down the Olive St. side of the project.
The star of the project is the park and retail building along Olive. The curvaceous front wall of the retail strip faces the park.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in September 2016 will open its flagship restaurant in a two story space at the corner of McKinney and Olive.
The project is one of the grandest towers built in Big D since the 1980s.
