$107M, six apartment communities, one sweet deal

DFW – Six apartment communities in North Texas have been acquired for nearly $107 million. In all, the communities total 1,711 apartments.

The list includes:

• Benbrook (Greenwood Creek)
  
• Euless (Parc Plaza Apartments)
• Irving (Summer Gate Apartments)
• Lewisville (Wimbledon, Catalina Apartments, and Oaks of Lewisville).

​Currently, developers have more than 50,000 apartment units under construction in North Texas. 

For new construction, Dallas-Fort Worth renters are paying an average of $1,282 per month, according to MPF Research.
