CELINA – Hillwood Communities has started work on Lilyana, a $500 million master-planned community.

The 400-acre community at the northeast corner of Frontier Pkwy. and Coit Rd. will be home to 1,250 single-family homes.

Plans for Lilyana also include resort-style amenities, 63 acres of green space, and several miles of trails. The community is in Prosper ISD.

The first phase is expected to be complete next spring. Home prices will average in the high $300,000s.

Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, and American Legend Homes are the builders.

Hillwood had acquired the land last year from the Wells family, who has owned it since before the Civil War.
