One of nation’s fastest-growing cities getting more rentals

​PFLUGERVILLE – AHV Communities has acquired land to develop 84 market-rate single-family rental detached homes in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities.

The community, Village on Legacy, will have one- and two-story homes with four different floor plans ranging from 1,440 to 1,882 sf. Homes will include three to four bedrooms, two-car garages​, and front and back yards.

Grand opening is slated for third quarter 2017.​​
