NAPA acquires two North Texas apartment complexes

​​DALLAS – NAPA Ventures has purchased ​two North Texas properties as part of an eight-property, 1,450-unit​ multifamily portfolio acquisition.

​​Oates Creek Apartments is a 280-unit apartment community with one- and two-bedroom floor plans in Mesquite.

Parkside Townhomes is a​ 144-unit community with one- and two-bedroom floor plans in Arlington.

NAPA plans to upgrade and renovate the exterior and interior of both properties.
