The 1.3 million-sf office tower, built in 1987, received over $10 million in upgrades from its previous owner, Houston-based Hines. It sold for an estimated $285 million.

Stream Realty Partners has been hired to lease the 75 percent-leased skyscraper. Major tenants include Locke Lord LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright, Deloitte & Touche, JPMorgan Chase, Prudential Insurance, and Cornerstone Healthcare Group.

HFF marketed the tower. The transaction is likely to be one of the largest property purchases in the Metroplex this year, reports the Dallas Morning News
