GEORGETOWN – Houston-based Hines and locally based Novak Brothers have opened a 222-room hotel within the Summit at Rivery Park.
The Sheraton Georgetown Texas Hotel & Conference Center is an economic milestone for the nation’s fastest-growing city of at least 50,000 people.
The development team included:
- Austin Commercial, general contractor;
- Rabun Architects, lead architecture firm;
- Bay & Associates, lead engineering firm;
- TBG Partners, landscape architect;
- Steger & Bizzell Engineering Inc., civil engineer;
- HOK, structural engineer;
- Leslie Fossler Interiors, interior designer; and
- GreeNexus Consulting, LEED consultant.
