FARMERS BRANCH – GEICO has sold its 240,000-sf former regional headquarters to JP Realty Partners.
The 14-story building, built in 1984, is at 4201 Spring Valley Rd.
GEICO is moving its 1,600-worker operation to the former Fossil headquarters on Greenville Ave. in Richardson.
NAI Robert Lynn and NAI Partners negotiated the sale.
