Upgrades planned for Las Colinas towers

​​IRVING – ​​​Miami-based Parmenter and Switzerland-based Partners Group AG will upgrade and reposition three office buildings in Las Colinas’ urban center.​

The two-building Las Colinas Towers complex totals 484,028 sf, and the 12-story Mandalay Towers totals 325,253 sf.

The $5 million capital improvement program is driven by the towers’ proximity to the Music Factory and Water Street mixed-use developments.
