HOUSTON – Melbourne, Australia-based Caydon Property Group will break ground in January on The Midtown, a 28-story, 380-unit apartment project.
The company purchased two city blocks in Midtown in late March for $8 million. One block will be home to The Midtown, while the other will have more than 600 apartments, shops, and a piazza.
Caydon partnered with locally based Ziegler Cooper Architects on project design.
