Stonelake assembles 3.1-million sf Texas industrial portfolio

​​DALLAS – ​​Stonelake Capital Partners has assembled a $200 million Texas industrial portfolio, with plans to hold the properties for the next three to five years.

The 35-building, 3.1 million-sf portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston was assembled through 11 separate transactions in the last 18 months. 

In San Antonio, Stonelake purchased ​​over 750,000 sf. In DFW, the portfolio includes nearly 1.3 million sf. Stonelake has more than one million sf in Houston.

This will be the final investment for the firm’s fund, Stonelake Opportunity Partners III LP.​
