LAS COLINAS – Three office towers are getting a major makeover thanks to a new partnership.

Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners said it has formed a joint venture with investor Partners Group AG to upgrade the Irving buildings and other projects.
Partners Group AG is an international real estate investment manager based in Switzerland.

The total buildings contain 1.3 million sf and were built in the 1980s.
All three of the buildings are located just east of SH 114 and south of O’Connor Blvd.
The properties that will be getting improvements are Las Colinas Towers I & II, a two-building office complex each with 484,028 sf.
The Mandalay Tower, a 12-story, 325,253-sf office building is also being renovated.

Parmenter is making the upgrades in part because of the construction of the nearby Music Factory entertainment and retail project and the Water St. restaurant complex.
Parmenter expects to attract more office and apartment tenants to Las Colinas’ Urban Center.
