Katy Ranch Phase I is a 150,000-sf, six story Class A office building located at Grand Parkway and I-10 within Freeway Properties’ 130-acre mixed-use Katy Ranch Crossing development.
The Katy Ranch office building has retail adjacent to its location which allows tenants access to restaurants, entertainment locations and general retail within walking distance, a rarity in this area.
Freeway Properties has also​ developed and leased 364,210 sf of retail as part of the Katy Ranch Crossing development and is currently under construction for an additional 102,707 sf.
