KATY - Katy Ranch Crossing is a mixed-use development located near a growing residential community and the I-10 corridor.
Katy Ranch Phase I is a 150,000-sf, six story Class A office building located at Grand Parkway and I-10 within Freeway Properties’ 130-acre mixed-use Katy Ranch Crossing development.
The Katy Ranch office building has retail adjacent to its location which allows tenants access to restaurants, entertainment locations and general retail within walking distance, a rarity in this area.
Freeway Properties has also developed and leased 364,210 sf of retail as part of the Katy Ranch Crossing development and is currently under construction for an additional 102,707 sf.
The retail component is currently 99 percent leased and provides access to tenants with walking distance to retail and food amenities.
