SAN ANTONIO – RSI Communities LLC has bought the Stillwater Ranch master-planned development on the city’s northwest side. The seller was Wheelock State Capital.
RSI plans to build 780 single-family homes on the remaining undeveloped land.
Stillwater is off Culebra Rd. close to the Government Canyon State Natural Area. It covers 830 acres and has homes ranging from around $200,000 to the mid-$400,000s.
The community’s first homes were sold in 2007. A total of 2,300 are expected to be built eventually.
