AUSTIN, DALLAS, CONROE – Sanders Trust LLC announced the company acquired three Texas medical facilities for $111.5 million.
The company bought three inpatient rehabilitation hospitals operated by affiliates of Birmingham’s HealthSouth Corp.
Together, the three buildings total 191,800 sf.
- HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital at Round Rock near Austin includes 75 licensed beds,
- HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Richardson has 50 beds, and
- HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Vision Park in Conroe has 60 beds.
Medical Properties Trust sold the real estate to TST in a joint venture with Chicago-based capital partner Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC.
