HOUSTON – Partners in Building is now developing its first in-town community: Fountain Park on 26th, in the Greater Heights neighborhood.

The gated townhome and cottage community sits on 3.5 acres on West 26th St., between Beall and Brinkman Streets, just south of the North 610 Loop. The Shady Acres site formerly housed Moss Landscaping.

Fountain Park will feature 24 townhomes and 34 single-family detached cottages surrounded by green space, a community park and fountain.
The three- and four-story townhomes will range from 1,900 to 2,600 sf and in price from $400,000s to $500,000s.
The townhomes feature high-end finishes, two-car garages, an optional private elevator, and a rooftop terrace.
The three-story cottages will range in size from 2,400 to 3,000 sf and in price from $500,000 to $600,000. The cottages feature rooftop terraces, two-car garages and a small back yard.
