SWBC’s 17K-SF expansion boosts SA office park to full

​​​​​​​SAN ANTONIO – Financial services company SWBC has expanded its space in the Network Crossing business park by an additional 17,445 sf, a move that launched the Northwest San Antonio property to full occupancy.

SWBC previously occupied about 30,000 sf in one of five of the property’s buildings, and has added the additional space in an adjacent building to accommodate the company’s recent growth.

It now leases a total of 47,753 sf spaced out over Buildings Four and Five.

The five-building complex is located at 5250 to 5253 Prue Rd. and includes more than 143,800 sf. It is now fully occupied.​
