16th Annual Sunbelt Builders Show Aug. 3-4

​​​​GRAPEVINE ​​– The Texas Association of Builders (TAB) is hosting its 16th annual Sunbelt Builders Show August 3-4 at the Gaylord Texan.

The event brings together thousands of Texas’ top residential homebuilders, developers, and remodelers to learn about the latest technology, plan for the future, attend education sessions, and listen to some of the nation’s top keynote speakers. 

This year’s opening session speakers are TAB members Chip and Joanna Gaines of Magnolia Homes in Waco. They are also stars of HGTV’s Fixer Upper. The session is slated for Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 9:15 a.​m.

All Sunbelt registrations include two-day access to the exhibit floor, education​ sessions, and keynote speakers. The trade show floor will sport more than 285 booths, an increase of 85 booths from a year ago.​
