New tenants include Schilleci’s New Orleans Kitchen; The Guild Bar, a high-end lounge; Mia Bella Trattoria, an Italian restaurant that has locations downtown in Sugar Land and in Vintage Park; The Company Town, a coffee shop and café; Frost Gelato, a gelato shop; and Vino & Vinyl, a wine bar and records lounge. Imperial Market Development LLC is developing the $200 million project, which should break ground in September and deliver in late 2017.
