​​​​DALLAS – North Carolina-based Crescent Communities is purchasing a block at Zang Blvd. and Davis St. from Dallas County Schools to develop a mixed-use project.

​Crescent Bishop Arts will have four- to six-story buildings containing 300 apartments; 10,000 sf of retail space; 13,000 sf of restaurants; and a seven-story parking garage. 

WDG Architecture designed the development.​​
